The moment you walk in your greeted by the owner, very nice gentleman My car needed major service wont break it down to what was done but the owner followed up with to let me know what issues need major fixing as well as my portions Ive been coming to this shop for the last few years for smog checks or oil change and every single time Ive gone there theyve been great. Would recommend to anyone that need car service

I had an amazing experience with Mehdi and Carlos and team at A1 Auto on Randolph in Costa Mesa this Saturday. . Not only did I get an amazing deal. I took my Honda Accord LX in there because the brakes were squeaking. The" honesty "was amazing! . They could have said I needed Front and Back Full Brake Sets but instead said I only needed" Back "Brakes! . Very friendly and extremely courteous. I brought my car in and it was finished within 3 hrs. Including Spark Plugs and an Oil Gasket which had burst plus a Synthetic Oil Change! . Mehdi called a couple of places for the lowest price and crunched the labor and parts to an amazing low price. They have a very comfortable and clean waiting area complete with a large TV and leather couches with a nice Snack and coffee area. I highly recommend this shop. Out of 5 stars I give it 10 stars! I've tried many service shops before but the service is above and beyond.

These guys are great and helped me out a lot when I was trying to get my smog check done. There was a crack in my cylinder cover and they welded it free of charge to try to fix it before offering me a new one. Really go above and beyond!
