The work truck was blocking the alley, so I asked the guys to park on the street, but instead of moving the truck one of them rudely says "Sorry but we're trying to get the water on as fast as possible" . I told him that's fine, but you can't block the alley, there's plenty of street parking. When I spoke to the person that answered the phone at the company instead of apologizing and calling the guy to move the truck she kept trying to explain that they're nice, sweet guys and kept making excuses as to why they would be blocking the alley. I know what company I will never use for future plumbing issues!

I highly recommend Family Plumbing. They are reasonable, trustworthy and honest. Weve used their services twice, once for a leak in the bathroom and second time for water heater problem. They were diligent, and professional. Were very happy with their plumbing services and will continue to use them in the future. So Far so Great. Matt on the team is responsive, professional, and honest. We were willing to do alot more work but told us we didn't need. Didn't charge us to diagnose waiting for parts to come in then coming back to fix. Identified the problem that made sense to us. had two other plumbers tell us nothing wrong when obviously there is. Great group will refer biz and use exclusively for our business too

Update** I understand my project/case isn't important enough to get back since it's just one faucet...I have yet to receive a response back after someone said they will get back to me on the 23rd of November. I have emailed, called, and sent in a contact request just in case my email went to spam. Very disappointing....I hope this review is useful when scrolling through!!
