I called to ask some question related to some accessory for a knitting machine. She asked a bunch of questions why I am calling, where I am calling from, are you buying a knitting machine, etc, etc. Then I asked my question about accessory for my knitting machine I purchased a month ago, then she said "don't call me again" and hanged up on me. What a business is she running? or is she having a bad day or what? She is terrible to serve customers on this business. Why bother does she list her business here? What a experience it was!
