Aegis Living Corte Madera

I usually dont write reviews on places I work because if it dont work out I move on with no problem the problem I have with this place is they are very unprofessional I didnt make it a month I quit and thats unlike me I have a strong passion working with seniors and adults with disability I look up the place though it was nice it looked nice so I applied lord was that a mistake the co-workers suck at training you the work is so hard they dont even wanna train you they walk around with attitude over worked under paid 5 people quit last week but will smile all day for them big checks coming in I really feel like its all about the money with this place they get all this money and wanna pay the worker peanuts when your working with seniors or anyone with a disability you have to have patience Ive been working with seniors for a long time and I have never worked with a company thats so unprofessional they barely have staff to cover a shift this place has a very high turn over that should tell you something forget how fancy the place is look at if there is enough coverage to take care of your family member i the first week working there I caught Covid Ive never caught Covid during the whole pandemic I have all my vaccinations there is no way I should have caught Covid there before you pay all that money to put your mother father husband wife in places like theses dig a little deeper you wanna know how many staff is it a high turnover are the co-workers over work just dont look at the place on how it looks things can always look good on the outside.

Aegis of Corte Madera is a wonderful place to work. I am impressed with Donald's leadership. Donald always emphasizes "we are a family". We all work together as sisters and brothers. We take care of residents as of our own family members. Proud of myself choosing to work with Aegis!
