Good price for accommodations. And excellent response time from maintenance. would recomend these apartments. Also haven't seen anything to crazy from other tenant or heavy "traffic" and right across from an elementary school so good place for kids.

I can personally say Armon Bay is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I am on my third year living in this beautiful complex and I am just as happy as when I moved in. They are more than accommodating and helpful whenever needed. One time I complained about my wall having a crack and they fixed it within the week, making me happier than I was before! The front desk staff is always so cheerful and amazing to talk with and they always love on my fur baby like its their own. Armon Bay is truly the best!

Why choose Armon Bay? I'll tell you why, I've had nothing but great experiences while staying here. The leasing and office staff are amazing, Claudia and Jessica are superb at their job. They are ready to help and listen to your concerns. The maintenance staff has as well, been nothing but great. The work orders I've submitted or brought to the office staff are either done the same day. Honestly, I've had nothing but a great overall experience here, and I sure hope anyone else who decides to move here has one as well. It's a very friendly environment, neighbors are great, and there is always something of appreciation towards the us the tenants here. I would choose, I wouldn't choose anyone where else to rent than here.

People in the office are very nice; however, the properties are too old. Our heater broke 4 times, they usually come pretty fast but its only short term solution. Our heater is still broken and we have to sleep through the cold at night. The toilet, faucet in the sink and bathroom are all unstable. Door can not close. Safety is also an issue here, cars were stolen several times and my car got broke in twice. Other than that its a good location to live

A safe haven, a beautiful spot, and beautiful management. I moved to corpus to seek refuge from domestic abuse. With nowhere else to turn my best friend made a phone call at 9pm night to Armon bay and we were set up with a tour the next day. Upon explaining my circumstances for looking for housing the apartment manager Claudia who volunteers with women of domestic violence made sure to do everything she can to get me into my unit. Despite poor credit score and having to leave a lease with an abusive partner she was able to make the move in process speedy and easy. Finding a home for me and my boxer nova which I thought would be a monumental task quickly turned into being put into the hands of two caring and personable apartment managers. Jessica and Claudia do an excellent job appreciating their residence whether its events such as wine down Wednesday, pizza and beer, or charcuterie in the office, youre always greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly vibe. They also are very attentive to maintenance requests. If its an emergency late at night theres still someone to call that always calls back within 5 minutes. Claudia and Jessica even follow up with maintenance requests after theyre complete to make sure the job was done right. I have never lived at such a caring and well ran apartment. Happily living my days out here with my dog, and the love of my life. Thank you Armon bay for everything
