        I always have a good experience here! Been coming for years. I just didnt have a good experience when I asked for a snowflake design with a picture for an example, and this is what I got :/ It looked nothing like the small dainty snowflake design I wanted, it looked like a bunch of blob lines on my nail :(

        we came in with mom and sister, and they just sent us out, no asking whether we can come back later or if they have any later free hours , just so unprofessional, the guy leader or whatever , just not professional and stuck up, for what idk
