Buyer BEWARE dealing with this business. One of their brokers "brandon navarro," whom I met at a Starbucks today to sell a high-end camera (for their real estate needs) at a pre-negotiated price ($2,450, approx 65% of retail) pulled a last minute, manipulative and sneaky move by stating he was "unaware" it didn't include a lens, even though the listing was clear as day. After unpacking the new (previously unopened) camera, he went back on his pre-meet committed offer of $2,450 and stated "the most I will pay is $2,000." Hmmm. I politely walked away.... But, here's where the weirdness turns to disturbing... Approx 2 hours later, rather than convey remorse for duping me into going out of my way to meet him under a false pretense; and unapologetic for unpacking a new, sealed camera and attempting to change purchase terms after, here's the text message I received from this individual: Brandon Navarro, Brabeck Properties realtor: "Hey dude I just want to tell you sorry not sorry. Found a way better deal online ($2378 with warranty) (call Canon if you sell your device it's not covered, bet) and you're never going to sell that camera, your hopes and dreams are inflated, Oh and hey you have a handshake like a wet noodle. You need to work on that. Honestly I was disgusted when I shook your hand. Felt like I was shaking a wet fish."
