Yet again Dr. Lafone has found the exact issue with my vision that several other doctors could not find. Again my prescription the first time my migraines were gone! And then two years later after yet again changing my prescription the headaches that started coming back are gone! But, not only Dr. Lafone but his whole staff are the best! Shout out to John for his advice on finding my frames. I will never go anywhere else for glasses and will continue to refer people to him.

The doctor is very nice and friendly, however the front desk lady is quite the opposite. She has been less than pleasant and always has a condescending tone every time I've dealt with her. I needed new lenses for my Ray Ban glasses and the lenses they tried to sell me cost more than brand new Ray Ban lenses. I opted to just send my glasses off to get real Ray Ban lenses for a lower cost than the made in house lenses there. I also need new contact lenses and they quoted me $78 per box from their office but 1800 contacts has the exact same contacts for much less. The eye exam itself was also MUCH more than I have ever paid before.

Just got out an the experience was fantastic. All the assistants were very professional including Alfred who found my new frames. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Lafone and his team are heaven sent! They love what they do and you can feel the great ambiance when you walk in their front doors! Dr. Lafone LITERALLY saved my left eye when no other provider could. I went to three different doctors just to be misdiagnosed w/ pink eye. I was one month away from graduating high school and the embarrassment I dealt with walking around with a crusty eye and painful eye drops that made my eye situation worse. I contacted Dr. Lafone's office and they saw me immediately! It turns out that I had an allergic reaction in my left eye. I was able to see and look "normal" for my high school graduation and confidently take pictures w/ my family on that very special day. Now, 10 years later, I am still a loyal patient of Dr. Lafone and continue my eye care w/ his practice to this day. I WILL NEVER forget the kindness, love, and care I received from him and his entire team! They all have always gone above and beyond for my eye care-- they're a group of angels that I will never let go and HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends, family and community. You will not regret your visit w/ Dr. Lafone! He's gentle, open-minded, and makes sure you're being heard and free of judgement. You will never feel rushed or be a number to him. The quality care him and his team emit to their patients is incomparable to what I've experienced prior to seeing him and his entire team. This is not for me to get a response from the "owner" here. This is for people that cares about reading reviews. If you take care of your money this is a place to fight for the right price. I know what it is to pay without insurance and with insurance, here they want both. With only the first time ordering glasses I knew I shouldn't go back. Is like they have to make certain number per customer, I understand is a whole building to pay for and a front desk full of ladies that they know the answer for all the complaints for sure, I heard them going over them by phone about prices etc. If you have insurance you should know what covers and the copay etc. They make a little list of what's the price before and after insurance, trust me is cheaper elsewhere without insurance with them. With insurance you will pay like you don't have any plus the frames you choose to pay for. I can see people with money just going there and giving money away so they try that with everyone.
