I would give them more stars if I could!! I bought a Stressless office chair from them just recently, and was blown away by the high level of customer service they provided. The owner generously met me half way in Columbia, SC, since I reside in Charleston, SC. When I got home, I noticed the chair wasnt working properly. One of the joints wasnt connecting properly. The owner spent over thirty minutes with me on the phone trying to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, we couldnt fix the issue. He then offered to have a local dealer fix the issue, but instead I preferred to just set up a return. The owner drove almost four hours to pick up the chair!!! Four hours!!! If thats not good customer service, then I dont know what is these days.. He came with a beautiful brown chair, and offered it as a replacement. I took him up on it, and he took the other chair back with him. If youre ever in need of an office chair, look no further than this dealer. They were amazing!!!

Excellent experience and very happy with our Admiral and Wave Chairs. Owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable of their product line and finding you the "best fit" for your comfort. Customer service and price point is difficult to beat. Would highly recommend.
