Management is HORRIBLE!! HOW YOU GONE TELL YOUR TENANT WITH 2 TODDLERS THAT YOU DONT DO WEEKEND SERVICE CALLS!! MY DAUGHTER LOST HER KEY AND WE CALLED THIS LADY AND SHE WOULDN'T ANSWER AT FIRST. BUT THEN SHE ANSWERS FOR ANOTHER TENANT AND SHE ASKED HER CAN SHE GET THE MAINTENANCE GUY TO COME OPEN THE DOOR AND SHE TOLD HER NO!! MIND YOU THIS HAPPENED ON A FRIDAY SO THAT MEANS MY BABIES COULDN'T GO HOME UNTIL MONDAY IF SHE DECIDED TO OPEN THE DOOR!! IM SO MAD!! BAYOU & SOUTH PARK ESTATES IN GREENVILLE MS... A BIG NO NO NO!! HOUSING AUTHORITIES WILL BE CONTACTED ASAP!!

Lost my keys at work and needed to be let in my apartment. The property manager wouldnt answer my calls. I called the emergency number 4 times. No answer. ALL of my toddlers and I belongings are in the apartment and I didnt have extra money to buy new things. I missed work the next day, and I didnt hear back from her until 3 days later.

Don't live here. It may be safe and clean. But if you have a neighbor that smokes the smoke will fill your whole apartment. Apparently they are allowed to smoke inside. And the company will do nothing. They will basically tell you you are SOL.

According to citizens description, complaints, and rating it sounds like a bad choice to rent and apartment from this company, then turn around and be humiliated by property manager not good.
