Half the time my car is still partially dirty when I come out. The price for membership keeps rising with little to no extra benefits. In the warmer months its only open until 8pm which is simply too early. After all, its just getting dark in the summer. Lastly, only half of the vacuums are available for use at a time so if its busy you have to wait in line for a vacuum while looking at 10 that are vacant, just because they choose not to turn them on. With all that being said, the place is always tidy, the staff is friendly and the hand towel service is much appreciated.

Do not use this car wash unless you want your paint ruined. I thought maybe the wash didn't get the wax off thoroughly, but now realize my clear coat is ruined. Oh, and don't bother calling the support number because they will just give you the run-around. Filing an insurance claim as I'm writing this review.
