        We had a policy with Lex out of Richmond. I never received any paperwork in the mail about the closing of his office. Jenny sent me an email about our policy. I reached out to her via email and by phone. We are so pleased with her response and how helpful she is that we completely switched from our old insurance carrier over to your office.
