        I was Taken Advantage of & lied to i was told I would get a promotional offer including a free phone but The guy did not updated my plan they somehow pushed it through there system without my knowledge of what was happening & when AT&T realized this months later they changed my plan & now the phone is NOT free & I am locked into a contract which has 38months left & I am stuck having to pay over $1,000 for a phone that was supposed to be free !! AT&T will not put the discount back on because he never did it correctly in the 1st place. So I was scammed & they said there is nothing they can do to help me now !! Beware & get copies of all the paperwork especially if you are older because this can happen to you too.
