Received a call from the shipping department that the color of machine I had ordered was no longer available. They had a different color unit in stock, and while I had the option to cancel my order, they sweetened the deal and made it worth making the switch. Thank you!

Their customer service is the rudest I have ever seen. I called to request warranty on a whole house vacuum hose. She said that they had a replacement part to fix it. She said that to eliminate shipping costs she would add a little attachment. I thought the part was free under warranty and that the added attachment cost would be less that the shipping on the warranted part. I was misled. When I received the invoice it had $10.95 for the replacement part, and tool was $39.95 for a total of $50.90. How was the added little attachment $39.95 less than the shipping costs of $12.95. They were so rude I will never do business with them ever again and I suggest you do not also.

Had vacuum from Think Vacuums since 2013. Love it. Talked to Deidre today to order replacement parts. She was so friendly, pleasant and helpful. She is a great CO. Asset. Thanks..
