Airgas Store

Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I have had the most massive headache from this companies system that makes it impossible for anyone to do business with them. They have very inconsistent pricing and I have been overcharged for orders several times. This week I was charged for 2 extra tanks I didn't order resulting in an extra $970 in charges... That's 2 full months worth of gas to run my business and make more product. The worst part of it all is there is "nothing they can do about it." I called another airgas location where a gentleman was very helpful and was able to do all the things I was asking the guys at this location to do, and was also very clear to me my sales reps in my location are definitely able to handle all my pricing issues and invoicing problems. He was able to see the charges from his location that my local location couldn't see for some reason. Either airgas's system is subjectively picking stores to show it's invoices to or the employees here weren't really doing everything they actually could for me! That dude from the other airgas store was very honest and straight forward with me. he told me that this location double charged me completely on their own fault. That the driver scanned a tank that wasn't in stock technically so it rang out out at full price for $750 and made its own order for it separately from my order. And there was an additional tank on my order that was out of stock that was scanned and I was charged $220 for the backorder on that tank. Basically miscommunication led to me being charged almost $1000 extra dollars and none of these dudes had a care in the world about it at my local store. Did nothing for me. Either way I went into industrial source and was given cheaper prices and matched my rent across the board. So that was my silver lining for the massive headaches and hours bouncing around phonecalls trying to get my invoices fixed with Airgas every month.

Have 4 different gas bottles from them. Have never dealt with anyone else. They made a mistake when I exchanged a bottle and gave me someones rental so when I took it in later to exchange it they refused. Said it wasnt theirs and I would have to pay and start all over again. It had the airgas sticker on it showing they were the last ones to fill it. I believe in supporting local businesses but when they treat you like that, Ill go somewhere else. Needed to buy a bunch of other supplies so I ordered them off Amazon instead.

Bought some CO2 for my keg. Called ahead of time and got a quote and had an easy time exchanging my tank. Easy Cheesy
