The equipment sent to us was on the old side but the store did an excellent job of getting them to us on short notice.

Well when I call and reserve something and your employees tell me you open at 7 a.m. no problem and I show up at 6.55 and see 8 on the door . And I have to be somewhere at 9.a.m. it puts a massive delay. So I call corporate and they say only coosbay opens at 8 . So I tell them we'll send someone down as you told me they opened at 7. For which the reply was nope we can't do that. So I had to cancel my reservation and tell the customer I was going to be late in the future do not forward calls to a random call center mabye answer the phone in the location a customer calls so this never ever happens again very unprofessional
