Ive been a patient of Dr. Quasems for over 15 years at Eastside Internal Medicine. The group of doctors there are very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I will be her patient for as long as she practices. Thank you all for being there!

I have been a patient here since retiring from the military and moving to Conyers late 2020. Dr. Wasim is such a good physician and person. He is always very communicative and eager to explain anything I ask in great detail. His support staff is also very helpful, friendly and responsive. Thanks!

Poor customer service. Employee said she was a supervisor in the billing department I had asked her to transfer me to a supervisor that was not part of the billing department but staffing. She she insisted that she wanted to help me anyway, But kept cutting me off every time I begin to speak about the Poor customer service experience before I was transferred, I literally had received poor customer service from both employees. She said she wanted to help but her actions and her words showed otherwise. I absolutely can not recommend this facility to my friends or family knowing how I was treated.

Dr. Siddiquee was my PCP the entire 18 years I lived in Conyers. He is everything you want your doctor to be and more- knowledgeable, professional, caring, personable, and attentive. The office and medical staff are wonderful too.

My mother recently contracted COVID. She is in her 50's with various health struggles. Naturally she reached out to this office stating that she has COVID and was inquiring about her options and what should she do for her symptoms. It's been an entire week and the medical staff at this office have not reached out to her. It's troublesome to know that the staff in this office can't be bothered to return a phone call of current patients who are seeking medical advice for an illness. Shame on you and have the day you deserve.
