I have had many issue with teeth and I need implants not one ounce of problem two done. Fast forward my from tooth needed an implant and because of my insurance I had to go with someone else. That did not work out at all so I’m back to Dr Collins because he cares about the long haul results. Today I had two molars pulled that needed lots of bone graft to build it up for an implant. Great job. Next I will start on the other guys mistakes and redo it and another root cancel beside and finally two front implants’. I wouldn’t risk my front teeth on anyone but Dr.Collins no matter what the insurance says. In the long run it will save pain and suffering

Veterans: DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. Rather, cover them and their ilk on Memorial Day, Veteran's Day, and the 4th of July with scorn. Extremely disappointing front office staff. Regardless of referrals, do not attempt to use this office if you are out of network with your insurance. We have two major, reputable insurance providers, and Dr. Collins' office chooses to take neither (one is for veterans). Furthermore, when asked to coordinate with those two insurance providers for out of network services and pre-authorizations, the incompetent staff dragged their feet and delayed enough to cause us to lose precious time (nearly 90 days of coordination), all to be told in the final hour (days before appointments that we'd been waiting for weeks and weeks for) that we'd have to pay fully up front for both patients (over $8000!!!) to be seen. At that point, my two children, now multiple weeks into their need for oral surgery to remove wisdom teeth, have to start over trying to get appointments (my eldest's teeth are now erupting though gums while we await an appointment with a different surgeon, thanks to these cretins). Worse, after investigating, I discovered from our primary insurance provider that Dr. Collin's office has never even sent them a single written piece of correspondence to secure a pre-authorization...ever...despite their assuring us they would/did. These people have enjoyed the security veterans have sacrificed to provide them with for years, yet they have no thanks, but rather, complete disregard. Please treat them as such.
