Family returned from vacation to a frozen main waterline. Living Water Pump Service seemed to be the only company in the Denver, Front Range area to have a solution to melt the ice in the plastic blue MDPE pipe. Every other company we called could only offer a solution for metal pipes. Jeff and Adam worked together for two plus hours with persistence and patience to clear the frozen pipe. Jennifer, back at the office was far more than a dispatcher, she supported the crew with expert knowledge of the equipment and our system. Jennifer also worked to coordinate our urgent service request among many other frozen pipe service calls occurring in the area due to the strange warm then freezing temps which lowered the frost line and caused problems for many people. This review is also a thank you because without their service we would have had to find other living arrangements, potentially for months!
