The office manager, Karen, has reminded me how important it is to be kind, honest and listen to your customers. The service leaves much to be desired in both customer service and trash/recycling pick up.

Not recommended. Just came home and my neighbors trash can is blocking 1/2 the road (they continually do this), trash next to trash can on the floor. Instead of putting the can in their driveway, they leave it in the road! My trash can had trash still in it and a few pieces on the road also. Gave up trying to reach them as they are impossible to reach. MW waste management is much better at picking up trash and with their service. They should stop trying to branch out and do too many different things Service: Yard debris removal

I suppose most ppl only review trash services for negative comments but Lordy. I cancelled mountain waste for these guys and they are SO disorganized. Blamed me for using their unreliable alert text - they tell you specifically in the site to text to the SMS alert line when trash your is not picked up. Then their rep says you should have called us. What ?!!!!

Since recently utilizing large side load trash trucks we had issues with a driver cutting a corner too sharp causing road damage and potentially causing damage to an underground waterline. I mowed the area to the left to demonstrate a solid road exists, which gives plenty of room for a turn. My SAIA delivery driver with a 40 foot rig successful navigates the turn without issues. Long story short, Shirley's solution is to drop us as customers effective immediately for bringing this situation to their attention. The ignorant thing is the driver still has to navigate the same corner to service other customers. The additional response from Shirley is "causing damage is not a concern" I'm still stunned by such ignorance, arrogance and unprofessional conduct. We mainly decided on Shirley for their recycling, but for the last couple years they dump everything in the same truck. Oh no what to do? Back to Mountain View Waste it is.
