        The staff is pleasant but you cant get assistance. I arrived to be told they couldnt help me unless I had a certain income and I could be able to continue to pay my bill, after they assisted me. I was instructed to create income so it looked like I was receiving this income in my household (when I wasnt) For them to then turn around and deny me assistance because I made too much . Is this how Christian Ministries work ?
