        That location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would never expect a corporate location to treat their customers like trash. Wouldn’t recommend going there.

        After dealing with the location near my house i went to this sprint location and it was the best decision i made!. the sales rep Samira gave me her full attention and went above and beyond to help me. she was really helpful. I wanted the iphone 11 but i was having trouble with my iphone 8 because it wouldn't unlock and i couldn't trade it in but she made sure i got a phone! i went with the iPhone xr and my bill is the same amount as my previous one. the sprint store i went the day before lied to me and told me that it was going to be higher. but with Samira she didn't brush me off or made excuses she worked around and made sure that i had enough money to buy an iphone. and although it wasn't the iphone 11 i am pleased with my iphone xr! so thank you Samira for all of your help. i will keep coming back to this location.
