Home Depot is one of the chains of Megha hardware stores that seem to be sprinkled every where you look. I seem to prefer Home Depot over Lowes, maybe thats just for my personal convenience but the place is huge, they definitely have it pretty much everything you need, but when it comes to the smaller items, I still prefer to stop at my local small town hardware store
I think hes mega box stores definitely have a place, but I try to spread my money around a bit trying to keep the small time operator in business as well

Most of the staff is friendly and try to be helpful while others need classes in customer service or find a job where you don't have to interact with the public...trash pickup would be a good place to start.
Today I was lucky,a sweet young lady at the customer service desk volunteered to help me!! My back went out and couldn't walk..she got the item I came in for and ran it up at her desk!! THANK YOU Jordon! We need more people like you!!

I did a phone sale with Jake today he tried to hide his name tag and I had to argue him down to get a receipt then he claimed to be the manager then said Ill go get the manager there is no place in business for these kind of games I was charged 4 dollars more than listed price and instead of doing the due diligence to ensure customer wasnt overcharged he said we dont price match online. The kicker is the price was listed above item in store and it was exactly the same as online. Just horrible customer service from the customer service department
