Scheduled same day appointment, & waited over 2 hours in my car while they had my dog. I was never told it would take that long, or I would've come back. I The vet technician kept coming out to other cars & I figured she'd update me if it would be much longer. Was told my dog needed 10 days of meds, but was brought 15 days of meds for $130. Last two visits have been bad. I am looking for a new vet.

We have 3 very large dogs, Newfoundlands, and 2 cats. We have been with Dr Soliman for several years now and we always get quality, caring treatments here. Her staff is super polite and friendly, my dogs love them! Best vet we ever had

I recently had an exceptional experience at Pets R Us with my dog Shadow. Despite calling in for an urgent appointment, they were able to accommodate us promptly. Dr. Soliman was absolutely fantastic; their expertise and care were evident from the moment we walked in. Shadow received top-notch treatment. I couldn't be more grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of veterinary care.
