Very disappointing experience I had here yesterday! If you want be profiled, stared at and approached several times then this is the place for you. Passive aggressive employees, extremely shameful. I will not be returning.

Employees were super nice and super helpful! They made my first ever Sunglass purchase experience better and even found me a pair that was the best for me! Wasnt as happy with the Sunglass Hut system. I bought a pair of sunglasses, but on the way out I realized I wanted a different shade of the same model. When I went to return the employees were sorry because the Sunglass Hut system did not allow them to cancel an order that was placed, so I had to wait for the sunglasses to be shipped prior to me being able to return them. I purchased the second pair without hassle and that was fine. When the first pair came it wasnt even the right pair for the order. This made the return process very difficult, but the employees made it as easy as possible it was just a lot of steps and about two weeks of waiting for my money back. Overall was happy with the store just not the Sunglass Hut return policy/system.
