All Ohio Masonry Restoration

I had AOMR rebuild my crumbling 12' tall, 2' wide, 1.5' deep chimney stack. The reviews about difficult communication are accurate. I often needed to follow up two or three times to get any response. I found that contacting the very nice office manager to be the most effective way to keep the communication going. Overall I didn't find this to be a huge negative. They're very busy and run a lean administrative team. The communication was much easier once the job actually started. I found AOMR to be honest and reasonable. They accidentally underbid the job by a fair amount but they didn't try to come up with clever ways to charge me more. I paid the agreed price on the signed estimate and nothing more. The quality of the job was pretty good. There are a couple of things that I would've liked to be done differently but that's to be expected. I found the mason to be likeable, honest, and seemingly invested in the quality of his work. I don't expect to have any problems with the chimney going forward.

I didn't end up moving forward with their masonry services at this time but the guidance and their professionalism was invaluable. Fantastic people and I'll definitely reach out to them with any future masonry work.

We started to notice water spots on our ceiling and thought we needed a new roof. A roofer came out and said our chimney needed re-mortared and recommended All Ohio Masonry. They came out and gave us a quote relatively quickly but since it was the end of last season we had to wait until the weather broke this season. As soon as it did they were in contact and came to set up scaffolding. Once they were set up they knocked out the job in a couple of days. Great experience with everyone we dealt with.

Wanted to take a moment to thank All Ohio Masonry and their terrific team of project managers, masons and roofers for a job well done! Jerry Lamm was responsive, professional and put my mind at ease throughout the entire project. The masonry team took down the old chimney and rebuilt a new one with all new brick and flue tiles. The workmanship was excellent! New flashing, roof shingles around the flashing, concrete cap and tuckpointing all were done meticulously! All Ohio Masonry took great care of my home and exceeded my expectations. A sincere thank you for making this project run so smoothly. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I contacted All Ohio Masonry for a quote to replace concrete footings along my front fence. I was told that an estimator would be in touch within 10 days. When the estimator finally called, he spent less than a minute on the phone with me discussing my project. He asked for photos, which I sent immediately. I never heard from him again. If you value your time and expect professionalism in business transactions, look somewhere else.
