        Worst service company ever. Techs come out and complain about working if you can get anyone to come out in the first place. Call Schindler or Fuji tech don't do it

        I am a property manager of a building that was built in August of 2018. Otis is our one elevator in the whole building. We have had the elevator down at least 20 times within this year and it's not even been a full year of operation. They completely disregard the issue. It literally goes down and doesn't work once a week at this point. Terrible service. Plus the women who took my most recent service call today at 11:05 was rude and hung up on me. I'd go with a Schindler instead.
