I am from apt 584 and have been living here since January and it has been an amazing experience living here at Mansfield village. Beautiful complex and very relaxing. But what has impressed me most is the amazing team of Omar and his staff. From day 1 he has treated me and my family with love and respect. In all my years of renting I have never seen a team respond to issues so quickly. This team replaced my water heater in less than 2 hours. A request that sometimes can take almost a whole day! I have nothing but love for Omar! If you are thinking about moving here just know that you will have a staff that will truly take care of you!

My husband and I have been living here for nearly two years. When we first moved in...at first glance it was clean, and we'll maintained. The longer we were there the more we noticed was wrong...minor things...but things that would cause a nuisance. Like REALLY drafty doors and windows. Water leakage in our bathroom from the upstairs apartment. TERRIBLE ANT PROBLEM. Then over the summer last year (2018) twice we had to stay somewhere else due to toxic fumes from remodeling the apartment upstairs while I was pregnant...THEN what really set us off was this past may (2019), at the beginning, our carbon monoxide detector went off at 10pm while we were sleeping. We called the nonemergency fire department number and they told us to clear out (with our 4 month old) and leave the windows and doors open. Later the fire department confirmed CO present and told us to go to the hospital and get checked. ESPECIALLY our little one. The only thing maintenance did was change the fire/CO detector because the fire department told them too. The fire department told us that the max life span of a detector should be 5 years. Ours was 9 years old. We're lucky it even went off and woke us from sleeping. The fire department said that the level of CO they usually find when responding to these is around a level 8 and ours was a level 16! And that's with airing it out. When everything was said and done, Omar from maintenance said we can stay here (we definitely were not staying after that). He gave us so many issues about not staying. Then the fire department told us we needed to get someone out to find the CO leak because they couldn't find it due to airing the place out. When I told Omar to get someone out there to find it, we were on the phone for a good 15+ minutes with him telling me why he shouldn't or doesn't need to. Giving me the run-around. It's gotten to the point where I have had to threaten with lawyers to get anything taken care of. We could have died. He told me he has over 850 apartments to take care of to try and justify why he has "better things to do". Very displeased with our experience and upset that it has gotten to this point. They don't care about their tenants. They just want money. Don't live here if you expect someone to take care of their facilities and tenants. Because they won't. They'll let you die for all they care.

i could write a book about mansfield village apartments. my parents have been living here for about 12 years. all i have to say is how wonderful the staff is and how helpful the manager is too. it sounds crazy but someone crashed his/her car into my parents apartment. it caused a lotttttt of damage to the point that my parents had to evacuate immediately. the office manager immediately took action and got all his people to work on my parents apartment.. he was very helpful, caring and was always making sure that things were done correctly. we have never had any problems with the maintenance people either but with this new manager, things get done asap. also, he always kept in touch with me to make sure my parents were doing ok since my parents couldnt go back to the apartment until everything got fixed. the way they left the apartment? wow, we were speechlessssss. sir, if you ever see this comment? i just want to say thank youuuuuuuuuuu for every single thing you and your people did to fix the apartment. my parents are very grateful and their smile? was priceless!!1 they were very very happy with your "TEAM". i highly recommend these apartments to anyone. they are clean, spacious, all the appliances are fancy!!. nothing looks old. and if you have an emergency?? hey, they are there 24/7... thank you once again for all your help.... i give you guys 5 stars... i dont mention names because im not sure if its ok but your team knows who they are.. Sincerely, Vanessa
