Just recently called to get their email address for some paperwork Im filling out for rental assistance and the woman that answered the phone was so rude to me! I couldnt understand what she was saying because she was talking so fast and I had to ask her to repeat what she said and she got really rude with me for no reason. I dont understand some people! Why cant you just be kindit doesnt cost you a thing!

If you rent with Riverhill, be prepared for extremely rude service over the phone, non-existent maintenance, and really out-dated ways of paying your bills.

Poor Management team thats including everybody.. When i first moved into the apartment "Knights Cove " the apartment was not cleaned there was marker on the wall the bed room doors was hanging with one screw. The air vent was disgusting. I was told that they cleaned and was going to clean again so me being young i didn't pay it any mind so me and my kids moved in i was told we couldn't have pets but the other people thats renting from the same people had pets . Time goes on my kids started getting sick a lot only when they was in the apartment both of my kids has asthma and they was in and out the hospital for that and the doctor told me to check for mold so i google to see what areas i suppose to look at . There is mold in the toilet the tub under the bathroom's sink the hallway ceiling the bathroom tile hanger the shower head the tub faucet in both bathroom the under the kitchen sink ... they had to go to the doctor again and the doctor ask me do the appointment have bugs if so that can make them sick as well so i called the office and complained both times and nothing happened so i took it upon myself to stop paying rent until they fix the problems or move me and my kids the lady told me we couldn't be moved because i was not paying rent and my exact words was " I can pay rent the money is no problem the problem is that my kids keep getting sick and yall not fixing the problems im calling about so kept lying like they was going to send someone.. so the lazy owner instead of him hiring professionals he hired someone that stay in the apartment compels to fix on the apartments he kept lying to the man he hired that he was sending people to spray for bugs and to repair things in the apartments. I called the office the lady said that the owner don't make those calls she do so the owes lied to the man he hired like he was calling people to spray for bugs no one was being called.. after that I noticed termite that was eating the wood outside the front door was poorly put together so they started coming inside.. the dishwasher didn't work the microwave don't work the bathroom's plug's don't work . Under the stove leaking nasty water .. the people next door and downs stairs said they can't wash clothes without bugs being in there water line the kitchen water is brown . You can't mop the floor the water will go in the apartment under you . The entire apartment complex is infested with bugs and termites and two of the apartments has bed bugs the apartments are falling apart old wood the apartments are very old and 600$ is a lot for them to not want to do anything about the bugs and mold and termites the old wood overall the apartments are very poor ... they don't like to fix anytime they are money hungry and rude people and they will take you to court .. even though they don't like fixing anything. They are full of them selves DO NOT RENT FROM RIVER HILL "Knights Cove Apartments
