Columbus Foot Clinic

This is the second time my aunts appt has been cancelled and they have no explanation and wont answer the phone. This is the only podiatrist in the area so they must feel like they have the right to treat clients just any type of way! Awful just go to Tupelo or Tuscaloosa I guess. Dont waste your time making an appointment here!!

Waited months for appointment. Canceled at last minute via text saying don't call office. Didn't call us all week. Phone just rings. Patients are in need of care, they are suffering

The office constantly cancels and reschedule appointments and cancels again the day of appointment. My mother has foot issues and her appointments keep getting rescheduled. If the doctor and office cannot operate, they need to close! We are so frustrated with this!

This office is horrible! Dr. Owens himself is the sweetest guy but his office staff are horrible. First I went in and got an injection in April of this yr. Dr said call back if it doesn't work. I called back the following Monday because it did not work. They said they would call me back. Let me say this everything they said they would call you back THEY NEVER DID! So I kept calling eventually the staff said oh he is referring you to rheumatology, I said ok and waited for my appt. I kept calling about every week or everywhere week to see about my appt. Finally on JUNE 28!!! She let's me know I have an appt on spetember 1, no MD name or anything. Well Aug 26 gets here and I have not received any notice from rheumatology or a confirmation. So I call rheumatologist around tupelo no one has an appointment for me. I callDr. Owens the following monday they say we will check into it and call you back. Rheumatology said we dont have a referral but tell the md to refax it. I call dr. Owens to let them know and the lady got angry at me saying she talked to someone already and they are "looking for the referral I will call you when I speak to her". So I never received call back. I called today to see the progress, Rheumatology said no one relaxed anything. I call Dr. Owens office and was on hold for 10 min. The office manager gets on and says they found the referral but you will now see dr.garcia,, i said when she said the 16th of this month. I call Rheumatology back and they say no it is Oct. 31! Then I find out Dr. Garcia isn't even Rheumatology he is internal medicine. She messed up and was trying trying to just get me to quit calling. I wasted 4months and have been in pain because she cant do her job right. Literally all she had to do was apologize and fix it and i would have been fine. WORSE PLACE EVER!

Awful, absolutely awful. My mom has diabetes and this past year she has been falling more frequently. This is a concern because she has numbness in her feet. This clinic has canceled or rescheduled her appointments consecutively for over 6 months because their doctor never seems to be available to treat his patients. My mom can't go that long without help maintaining and caring for her feet and if something happens as a result I am going to sue.
