        Shady place. Pool was dirty then closed broken light in water. Staff was very nice just not location for my liking Safety: Shady people outside

        Our room wasn't in good condition. The bathroom was disgusting with hair in the tub and absolutely no shampoo or conditioner. The room curtains look like they haven't been washed in years, and the room smelled like people have been smoking in it. The lady at the front desk who works the night shift was nice, but the big guy with her seemed bothered by everything and everyone. He rolled his eyes at my complaint. When I was ready to check out the next morning, no one was at the front desk, and we waited for about 15 minutes until one of the housekeepers said just leave the keys on the desk.
