United came to my home and gave me a couple of quotes (repair and replacement) and I advised that I would not do replacement and was waiting for a call to set up a date to repair the fence. A few weeks later I get a call that my fence was repaired and they wanted to know how I liked it. Then I found out I had to pay them upon repair although I had found someone else to repair my fence. Communication is not good and for the amount of money they charge I expected more. If they would have contacted me prior then this could have been discussed.

No good communication. Tried 5 times to get someone to answer, I even left voicemail. We moved on to someone else. Wednesday this week when I called, someone answered and the guy who did my quote took the phone. I reminded him, Id been waiting 7 days for my quote, he was like, I never sent it? I was like no. Anyways, I needed to call back to arrange what we needednever got anyone on phone after that Wednesday call after the 5th time and leaving a voicemail, We moved on.

I would highly recommend United Fence Company for your fence needs! From the estimate through the fence completion, the customer service was EXCELLENT! Their service was courteous, prompt, informative and all that anyone could ask for in a company. They exceeded my expectations! 5 stars for a job WELL DONE!!!!
