Camelot of Mid South TN

Not super pleased with this office. They never answer the phone. They ask you to leave a message and they'll reach back out, not true, it hasn't happened yet. They don't really have any concerns about patients in crisis. There isn't a practicing doctor that evaluates patience just a nurse. For our intake appointment the counselor who just received her license said she didn't think my son's diagnosis was not right. That diagnosis came from a psychiatrist that he had been seeing over half of his life. The woman at the front is smug and isn't very friendly and I get the impression she doesn't like dealing with men in general. If you're a step father, father, uncle or identify as a man and are actively involved in treatment for a child I would try any other place, this would be my last option. Our case manager actually advised that we not go here when we shared our concerns. That says a lot to me. I will say the office is clean and the people I have caught answering their phones in Murfreesboro seemed to be caring or at least understanding. Oh if you're over 7 minutes late just call and reschedule they prefer not to see patients over 7 minutes (odd number) late because it messes up there whole schedule. So if you're child is having issues and doesn't want to cooperate but needs to desperately be seen no worries you will get an appointment two weeks out.
