I lived at landmark for two years because my moms coworker said it was a good place I wish I hadnt worse mistake the first year was okay ms Paige Mann took very good care of me and my family . The rest of the staff Bryan Bennett the assistant and Kim herlong the property manager were rude especially Kim herlong she not even not treated me wrong my my parents wrong the second year . She illegally towed my dads vehicle when she claim she gave notice when she didnt then got mad because my dad wanted to sue for her towing his car illegally . Ms Kim herlong then send me a threatening letter in the mail accusing me bullying and harassing and the last straw was once I moved out the carpet on the edges were coming up and they want to charge $800 , keep my security deposit and have me pay $400 she refuses to let us see the apartment so we can see what damages they talking about . because my family and I confronted her wrongdoing and how she was unprofessional towards me and my family. I then asked to speak to corporate she said they work under owners and I asked her for there contact info she refused to give You shouldnt treat paying residents like that who are giving you business in not sure if the owners dont care but they should the reason I moved out was due to Bryan Bennett and kim herlong rude , disrespectful and unprofessional behavior towards my self and my family . If the owner of landmark or kim herlong boss and reading this I would like you to please contact me so I can discuss further asap please and thank you. The office staff talks down to you and yells at you like your a bother and when you leave they talk about you why because of Kim herlong .
