Would not consider going back to this place. The owner is very rude and inconsiderate. Even though you've had the same brand of hearing aid for 3 years he treats you like you don't even know what you were talking about when you come in with a problem. He says you don't even know how to operate your phone. I would not recommend anybody to use this company. I was also in there today a woman told him that she was supposed to have hearing aids ordered 30 days before and they treated her very rudely and said she never told them to do anything. But again this was the owner that told her that. When you go in for a hearing test make sure you get all the hearing test done that are supposed to be done by the Missouri hearing aid institute. He will not do all the testas he did not on me. The owner is more worried about how many stores he can open than he is about customer support or satisfaction.
