Familiar story - no water, pump not working and sweetie madder than a swarm of hornets. I called several services. 2 had voice mail and another no answer. Scott picked up on the 2nd ring, After a couple of questions he knew exactly what the issue was. Scott pulled into my driveway within 90 minutes with parts in hand and had the water running in under an hour. Guess who has a new water service guy? Hunter's Well & Pump Service. A1 in my book.

I called Scott about 10am on a Thursday, we woke up with no water in our house. He worked with me over several hours to try and trouble shoot a few things that I felt comfortable doing. He then spent several hours on the phone with my husband up until 11pm to try and help him troubleshoot a few electrical issues with the pump. He informed us he doesn't work on pumps that are as deep as ours, but really went above and beyond to help us trouble shoot before we had to actually call someone and have them come do some field work. He then was gracious enough to recommend a company that did deep wells. He really goes above and beyond and was very responsive over both phone and text.
