        This establishment deserves a resounding zero stars if it were possible. Their pricing for pet treatment is utterly outrageous, and the lack of transparency before the treatment regarding costs is simply unacceptable. Moreover, their refusal to offer any form of payment plan to mitigate their exorbitant fees further underscores their disregard for their customers. This is nothing short of deplorable.

        Jax was a little nervous for his appointment. His last experience with a vet was not overly positive. Dr Maddox and all of the staff were so patient and kind. We had a very successful visit and will be using their office for all future care.

      Mr. Wells, we spoke about this situation over the phone, I’ll say again I’m sorry we did not meet your expectations.  There were several issues at play here, but you are correct, our receptionists are not able to quote final charges over the phone before we see the animal, this would be irresponsible until we know the specific needs, we can only provide expected ranges if requested before the visit.  But I’d like to clarify we do - as a policy - ask clients to agree to the cost of the treatment plan with associated costs before our doctors and vet techs examine the animal and before treatment.  Further, we do offer financing options, our website has details explaining a program called CareCredit. Again, I apologize for this situation.
