        The technician was super friendly and nice but he seemed to be a little confused about a few things. He explained some things but then asked questions about other things that I felt he should already know ie- where does your heater plug-in? He didnt know if the air comes through the vents on the floor or through the ceiling. I just got the feeling he was green. I do not want to get him in trouble because he was a lovely young man.
