        They have taken care of our family's instruments for 9 years. Their repair shop employs wizards methinks, because I can bring a mangled brass heap and get back a baritone!

        I dont get by this store often but two weeks ago we purchased an item at the store and today I was back in the area and brought it back for an exchange and to make an additional purchase. Their return policy is a firm 7 days and my purchase was 15 days. Just make sure you purchase the right item as you wont be able to exchange or return after 7 days. Their policy is clearly written on the receipt once I looked but it was still disappointing.
