No idea on their care, never made it that far. Called to make an appointment and was told that I would have to make one of their providers my PCP in order for insurance to pay. Called my ins carrier, not true. Called back, made an appt. Attended the appt, filled out the forms, gave them my insurance card and drivers license and paid the co pay. They wouldn't see me because I refused to give them my SS# or pay a $200 deposit. I got a refund for my co-pay and left. My other providers ask for a social but don't require it. Medical offices can verify insurance. They seemed very concerned about billing problems. I have never had a problem anywhere before and I have already been a victim of identity theft. Not worth the risk IMO. I was not bleeding out, just needed stiches that I couldn't reach removed. Up to your comfort level. I won't go back. Not a good vibe.

The staff recommended I bring my daughter in for an xray, even though they knew the xray tech called out, then they sent me to another place that doesn't do xray. They don't seem to know anything. Having me run around town for hours trying to find a place to get xray.

Weve had a few experiences so far with this clinic and theyve been mixed. I took my son to the urgent care years ago for an allergic reaction and I remember everyone being prompt to treat him and very professional and kind. Im impressed with the fact that they can do bloodwork in-office and are overall prompt and efficient in getting things done quickly. It can be very difficult, unfortunately, to get an actual human to answer the phone or call you back within a reasonable time period. Most concerning, a recent visit for physicals (on 3/01/24) for my kids was less than stellar. They saw Jennica Cornine, PA. I walked in with 3 healthy kids and walked out with a long list of expensive referrals, orders for tests, prescriptions, and 3 very stressed out kids. She was overly dramatic in her reactions to things that my kids have going on which, up to this point, have never caused them any pain or other health problems. She was unnecessarily detailed, dramatic, and intense in her clinical explanations to my children of everything that could go wrong with them, which made them stressed out and uncomfortable. She asked them questions in a way that was bossy and demeaning, such as why do you stand that way?! or is your skin dry, too? in a very annoyed tone. While I understand that thoroughness is important, it seemed as though she almost enjoyed pointing out every flaw in my kids, such as the harmless keratosis pilaris on my 12 year old son or suggesting that he get braces when this is NOT her field of medicine. She seemed disinterested in hearing about family history in regards to things like eczema and how the treatment she was offering has been ineffective in the past (and comes with risks). She seemed unwilling to listen to my feedback in regards to her lengthy list of (very expensive and some possibly unnecessary) suggestions. I havent encountered this level of arrogance and authoritarian medicine before. Its upsetting that these serious diagnoses are now on my kids medical records, especially after Cornine admitted that the things she diagnosed them with are not her specialty. Her rashness to diagnose all 3 of my kids with serious ailments and send them off to specialists immediately was reckless and extreme, as we are still paying off medical bills from two broken bones over the summer (which she was aware of). Im sure there are probably some great physicians in this office, but Im very leery of ever seeing a PA again. Its unfortunate that there twice as many midlevels as there are physicians with a medical degree in this practice- they are not equally trained. As for the lengthy list of expensive referrals and tests, I will be seeking a second opinion from an actual physician who I already know well and trust.

Oh my gosh! Dr Lindsey went above and beyond to find oxygen for my husband! We came in after a minor surgery and low O2. She worked Miracles with her staff to make sure hubby had O2 overnight and for next Week. We LOVE this practice and all the wonderful caring providers!! AMEN! This is what healthcare is about!!!
