        Fantastic loop with some nice wildflowers. Not a bad place to go kayaking or paddle-boarding either. As long as people continue to be mostly respectful of this trail then I expect it to continue being one of my favorite hikes for years to come

        Beautiful hike. I simply walked from the trailhead to a spot to sit by the lake - it was about 1.5 mi and it took maybe 30-45min to get there (same for the walk back). It was a rather easy hike in the mountains for a girl from Texas!
