I have been a homeschooling/stay at home mom for 13 years. I had to enter the workforce due to the rising cost of living. I heard about Add Staff after using Indeed and other similar employment searches. I'm not the best at "selling" myself or promoting my strengths but Add Staff recognized the value I could offer to a job. They immediately got the ball rolling for me. They are personable and eager to find the best job for you. I hit a bump in the road when I first applied for Add Staff, my family went from 2 vehicles to 1 and vastly limited where I could work. I had even told Courtney that I would need to halt looking for a job due to not having reliable transportation. After hearing about this, Courtney found a job that was .6 miles from my house! Not only was it close to my house, I interviewed for the job, GOT the job, and I now LOVE my new job. It's the perfect fit for me. I can see myself working at this job for YEARS (if they'll keep me haha) It's a contract to direct hire, and I am just so thankful for the work Add Staff did for me!

Working with ADDSTAFF has been an absolute pleasure. I mainly worked with Courtney and Robyn, and they were both very communicative and kind. They were open to any questions I had and worked to make sure I was on track re: applications, interviews, etc. Courtney was my main contact and regularly discussed where I would like to take my career and tailored her job suggestions to my wants/needs; I regularly had applications (and eventually interviews) to look forward to, and she always encouraged me to consider jobs I would not have applied for otherwise - even higher level jobs. I felt confident that the jobs that were being put in front of me were not only something I could do but maybe something I could enjoy, somewhere I could build on the skills I had while learning something new, etc. I would suggest ADDSTAFF to anyone looking for a job in the Springs. I recently became permanent at the company I work for, so a big thank you to Courtney and Robyn for getting me where I needed to be!
