After third failure to show, we wish them good luck, but they lost our business.

I don’t generally leave reviews, but it is literally impossible to get in touch with these people. I scheduled someone to come look at my freezer 4/9/21 between 5pm and 8pm. I was told they would call when they were half an hour away. 7 rolls around and I get a call that the technician is an hour away. He shows at 8:45, looks at my freezer for 5 minutes, and tells me they’ll have to order the part - should only be a few days then they’ll call to schedule the repair. He confirmed exactly what I had told the scheduler on the phone. I tried calling 4/16/21 to see if the part was in. The phone kept ringing and ringing, until an automated message told me to stay on the line for the next available person, 5 seconds of silence, then it hangs up. No option to leave a message, no email on website. Tonight I missed a call by three minutes, got a voicemail to call back for Alyssa. No indication on what the call was about. Called back right after I heard the voicemail, and same situation with it hanging up. I’m beyond frustrated and would not give this place my business if my property manager hadn’t told me to contact them.

We just had Jesse fix our freezer. He is awesome. This company is great, quick responsive and professional.
