Dr. Crance is thorough and attentive. She definitely goes above and beyond for her patients and the entire staff is friendly and professional.

Update 12/22: the lady who wasnt answering the phones is gone! Yay! Dr Crance is the most amazing Dr Ive ever had, but the front desk here absolutely does not answer the phone or return phone calls. At all. For multiple years, according to reviews. Im out of my meds and having physical pain in my brain! Ive called everyday for 3 days and last week, left a message with my number each time. Nothing. Also someone on staff is allowed to sell their pyramid scheme in the waiting room which kinda grossed me out.

Dr. Crance is an amazing Dr. She has some excellent team members that should also be recognized for their efforts, those are: Nicki, her nurse,Kira an assistant & Jen the office manager. I have worked with these ladies for YEARS. My mom, my sister, my neice & my best friend ALL see Dr Crance now. My only issue is getting my scripts filled in a timely manner. Controlled substances should be PRIORITIZED in the queue. I cannot go for 3-5 days without these meds or I suffer withdrawal symptoms & it's very hard on my body. It causes me serious problems almost every month. Isn't there a way to fix this issue? It's VERY important!
