They require a login code but by the time it arrives it is expired. Just another company that's website and app are broken.

I just received a letter from them stating I owe $885 for 12/2022-8/2023. I didn't live in that property then. I opened my account with them for the first time EVER on 8/14/2023. This $885 is from my ex roommate, who had the utilities at that home in her name unti 8/13/2023. So, I guess since she hasn't paid, they decided to just to just add HER overdue balance onto my balance, because it's the same address, even though it's not the same account number, and we have completely different names. (ERIN DAVITT, you owe these guys $885.) They told me that it's MY RESPONSIBILITY to PROVE TO THEM that I didn't live there at that time. Obviously, they are either 1) terrible record keepers, 2) scammers, or 3) stupid. All I know is I'm freaking irate over this.
