One star is the lowest I can give. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I purchased the wrong membership. I reached out on 6/15/19 and was told they would send me a refund. It's August 29th: in July told it would go out - that never happened. After several calls I was told management was attending events and couldn't sign the check. I finally receive a check dated 7/19/19 - would you believe it's not signed. Call on a Monday and told Tuesday is our check write. We will void that check and issue another. More phone calls and emails placed, on August 20, Jen in member services says I will overnight your check and give you the tracking number. I receive a tracking number unfortunately I don't know which service used for overnight. On August 26 call and email again. Jen says how the check was mailed to the wrong Angela. I will have it sent out again. It's August 29 and no return call or email from Jen. I called 12 times today all unsuccessful. I was able to get one person to answer. I asked to speak with anyone in management instead he sent me back to member services voice mailbox.
