        After working with them for 2+ years, most of the bad reviews were from disgruntled employees. Richardson Metals Specializes in precision aluminum extrusion, and not focused on the lbs/hr they can run. While the cost is generally higher, the quality will be well worth the extra cost.

        Bad customer service on the phone. The lady was rude because I called asking if they sold aluminum. So tired of companies acting like this. No reason to not at least be kind when dealing with prospective customers.
