Woodcraft of Colorado Springs

Just showed up a few minutes before close to see if they had a router part. Door was locked before 5, middle aged employee with salt/pepper beard unlocked it and begrudgingly asked what I wanted. I just needed a quick 1/2" router collet and he proceeded to argue with me about the size I needed, cursed at me, and then told me he didn't have what I needed. Now I love this store, but the AUDACITY of this employee to curse at me at the end of the day just because he's had a bad day....man. he needs to be fired. Unacceptable.

I want one of everything in the store. My wife said if I do I'm going to be in doo doo deep doo doo. Guys in there are friendly and helpful. Great place

A bit overpriced compared to online and the place has a toxic masculine vibe when you walk in. During one of the courses I took, the instructor made several sexist comments to a woman who was in the class. He said and I quote, "You should set up the finished project picture because I bet you're a better decorator than the men". My wife has gone in alone and they way they treat her compared to a guy walking in is ridiculous. Typical clueless old guy. Rockler is way better.
