So I just want to say. I have written a few bad reviews about this place in the past. But in all fairness, I need to say this facility has changed in a good way. And I can honestly say it's been an excellent experience. Dr. Alger: Excellent Nurse Cheyenne: Excellent Highly recommend.

Went in for urgent care services in 2022. Ended up being told a follow-up visit wouldn't be charged per the doctor (only reason I returned for followup), ended up being charged. Filed a dispute claim and was in limbo for a year and a half before being told that I had to pay. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere for urgent care services.

I went to the emergency room, they were kind, they did blood tests and images, they scheduled my medical hours after the emergency, they followed up. I am truly sorry that a place with people who care about patients is affected by financial cuts. by the way, all the care was covered by my insurance and I only pay $50 for everything.

It's really hard to find a primary care that fits your personality but Doctor Caulkins is amazing!! He listens to your concerns And makes you feel so comfortable and truly does Help you resolve all your concerns! So glad he was referred to me

Went in for the first time and saw an NP. I asked NP for a specific blood test as referred to get one by another doctor. It was discovered weeks later that NP never ordered the test and the in house lab also forgot to take blood for a different order the NP gave. Felt unheard by this NP, who also took the time to make some of the appointment about herself and her needs and allergies. Other paperwork and issues with getting test results as well. Not impressed by this facility or the NP and am very concerned about what I consider to be sloppy medicine and lack of organization.
