The service for drying the water in sill plate and carpet (12 sqft) in my basement was top-notch. The equipment used completely dried those areas in one day. Only negative comment is the technician did not wear shoe covers to ensure debris from shoe soles was not brought into my home. I asked if he had some to place on his feet but he did not. He did place drop cloth at the entry-level but carpeted stairs and damp carpet was exposed to unprotected shoe soles.

Excellent, prompt, professional service by both the estimator and the cleaning crew. Took photos of the debris which was helpful. Service provided the next day after estimate provided. Superior performance.

Very professional. They took the time and effort to get the job done right. No cutting corners. If it takes a little longer, no problem. It will be done as good and clean as possible. Friendly people.

Professional, caring, and quality service. We hired Steamatic to clean my mother-in-law's air ducts and it has already made all the difference in air quality within her home. We plan to have Steamatic clean our air ducts next. I would recommend them to anyone.
